Reconditioning services include:
- Complete disassembly and cleaning
- Jet spray pump housings before blasting
- Inspect, ultrasonic and demagnetize all parts
- Final cleaning in an ultrasonic vapor degreaser
- Digital air guage, plungers, bushings, valves
- Recondition plungers, bushings, and delivery valves when possible
- Pressure test all delivery values
- Install new delivery valve springs
- Repaint calibration lines and numbers on rack
- Calibrate pump using Bacharach CAMBOX
- Place part number on top of pump
- Repaint pump housings Cast Iron Gray, black oxide select parts
- Pumps are custom packaged for shipping
