- Complete Disassembly and Cleaning, Polish Injector Nut
- Black Oxide Injector Body & Hold-Down Flange
- Rebuild Injector Nozzles, Grind Valves and Seat
- Check Clearance of Needle to Nozzle and Refit as necessary
- Nozzles are Extrude Honed for Fine Flow Tuning, Flowrate Nozzles
- Refit P&B using only new coated Plungers
- Grind Check Ball Seat on Barrel & Test
- Poppet Valve Seats Lapped, Aligned & Valve Travel set
- Internal Timing for Maximum Effectiveness
- Flow Test on Hartridge 230 Machine
